After months of cooking at home, I’m definitely experiencing cooking fatigue. And while I’m happy to support my local restaurants, eating takeout multiple times a week isn’t the most budget-friendly option. So I’ve been relying on easy, one-pan meals like our Broccoli, Cheese & Rice Casserole or One-Pan Chicken Parmesan Pasta. The only downside is that my go-to pan is getting a lot of wear and tear, which makes it the perfect time to replace it with Le Creuset’s Buffet Casserole.
The Le Creuset casserole pan is perfect for quick, weeknight dinners (buy it: Sur La Table, on sale for $170). The pan is currently on sale as part of Sur La Table’s Anniversary Sale, which means you can save $130 off its usual retail price. The dish can hold up to 3.5 quarts, which is plenty of space to make your favorite casseroles or pastas.
You can use the pan on the stove or in the oven, so you don’t have to worry about swapping cooking vessels halfway through dinner prep (bonus: one less pan to clean!). The casserole dish also comes with a glass lid, which makes it easy to see your ingredients while braising or sautéing them. Plus, both the lid and the casserole are dishwasher safe.
The pan comes in a range of colors including cerise (red), flame (orange), white, artichoke (green), oyster (gray), indigo, marseille (blue) and caribbean (teal). Any color casserole dish you choose will look great on the table when you present dinner straight from the oven. (Buy it: Sur La Table, on sale for $170).
