This is wonderful looking and I love adding spinach to our dishes. I also add flax too and am glad to see you added "whole wheat" pasta! We use pasta made from an ancient grain called Kamut Khorasan Wheat and love it! Thanks for this recipe :)

How is this healthy?? 22g a fat per serving. almost 1000mg of sodium per serving.. Just because you add spinich to it doesn't make it healthy. That would be like me adding spinich to a big mac or a taco from taco bell.
