According to her, “the world’s best tacos come from Julio’s Café Corona, where my family and I always went after church. They’re greasy, messy and delicious.”
I use lean ground turkey which I add finely chopped CAULIFLOWER, diced MUSHROOMS and diced onion! will NOT change the taste, but will "bulk it up" with veggies ! Combine with fat free refried beans and LOTS of lettue and Weight Watchers shredded cheddar/jack cheese. AMAZING !! MUST TRY !! I figure I can eat THREE tacos for less than 500 calories.

You can also use soy crumbles in place of ground beef. You can mix them in with the taco seasoning and water without frying them. Because of how powerful the seasoning is, I can't taste the difference.
