You can save even more calories by baking the sweet potatoes until they carmelize (make sure you line your oven). Let them cook, remove potatoes from the kin into a food processor. Blend slightly, add salt and pepper and add or sprinkle butter buds. Nothing else is needed and they are sweeter than ever!
