I hate vegetables!!!! But I am trying to change that slowly. After seeing this article I just made some spaghetti and meat sauce with fresh pumpkin. I diced the pumpkin with the skin on and boiled it till it was soft. When I put the Ragu in the blender, I put the pumpkin in it and blended it till it was smooth. You could barely see the green bits of skin. I added that to my seasoned, browned, ground beef and simmered and bam! It was delicious. I kept saying I can't believe pumpkin (skin on) is in this! Can't wait to find more ways to sneak veggies into my food.

I have tried everything to get my child to eat! My child wont eat....the only fruit and veggies she MAY try is a tiny slice of carrot, a grape or two and a banana. That's it. I try to blend all kinds of good food into pastas or bakes, but she'll out right refuse the meal or sit there for 2 hours, picking out anything that's not a noodle, if I let her. She wont even try smoothies.
Like the above commenter, she hates veggies. She detests cheese, tomato or anything else I could make into a nice Italian, Spanish, Central American or even "typical Aussie" meal She refuses to try anything new but.I will keep pursuing, try to keep it fun and these tips and recipes may help. Thanks.

All the best to those out there trying to make sure their kids (and themselves eat well! :D)
