What to keep on hand to make cooking a delicious, nutritious meal easy every night of the week.
The best way to ensure you have everything you need to prepare delicious meals is to keep a well-stocked pantry. When you cook at home you can prepare healthy, nourishing food using quality, fresh ingredients—much better than prepared food that is often loaded with calories, fats, sodium and added sweeteners.
Thanks for the list. It's just what I was looking for.

Great info in this guide! Began a healthy eating lifestyle change January 1 and just couldn't throw away the "bad food", so I've been gradually phasing out the pantry items. This guide helps to set a goal and I see that it contains alot of items listed in many of the recipes on the site.

Not everything needs to be low fat. Its probably healthier to eat less of a regular item than overindulge on the low-fat version.

Thank you! I am so beyond domestically challenged...you don't have any idea how much this helps!

Haha! I have all of those in my pantry from when I was TRYING to eat healthy, but I didn't know what to do with them! Now I can make the suggested meals! Thanks!

Excellent guide for the pantry. I am surprised they didn't include MUSHROOMS. Fresh is best, but I always have canned mushrooms as a backup.
