The Mediterranean Diet has a reputation for being one of the world’s healthiest. I have read too many times that Canola Oil is not good for you due to the processing. I will stick (no pun intended) to Olive Oil and Butter. If you keep the fats in your diet to a minimum neither of those should cause a problem.
