Semolina

Semolina: Semolina is a golden, granular flour milled from durum wheat berries. Sometimes called pasta flour, because this is how it is most often used, it adds a pleasant grainy texture to gnocchi, pudding and desserts. Available in Italian markets or large supermarkets.
