Rice noodles

Rice noodles: Rice noodles found in supermarkets typically come in two forms: a thin angel hair-like noodle and a wider flat version, usually referred to as rice sticks. They don’t need to be boiled, but are simply soaked in boiling water. Look for them in the Asian section of most supermarkets.
