Thanks for a great article. Sure hope lots and lots of people read it. I've been eating sardines all my life (am now 74) and doctors are always amazed at how good my good cholesterol is. I tell them it's all the sardines I've eaten - about once a week and usually on toast with lemon or ketchup or anything else I feel like having. — Anonymous |

this is fabulous! i just gave up eating poultry along with meat which i gave up eating five years ago, now i only eat fish and vegetables so this article is so perfect, it is exactly what i need! this assists me with making the right choices when buying fish and it provides an assortment of delicious looking recipes! i was out shopping this week and stood in front of the sardines contemplating whether to purchase, but got distracted by something else and never went back to get a few cans. Now after reading about the wonderful benefits of sardines i have them a the top of my shopping list. oh wow...this was so totally on time for me! thanks so much!! — Anonymous |

This is exactly what I've been looking for. I have put a note in my phone listing the 6 best and 6 worst seafood choices. Now it will be handy when I'm shopping at the grocery or when I'm looking at a restaurant menu. Thanks! — Anonymous |
