What’s one healthy thing you do every day?
In addition to my regular workout routine, I start my day with this 7-minute workout routine my dad does, that’s basically a series of yoga moves and push-ups. You literally roll out of bed and do the routine on the floor. It really wakes me up, gets my blood pumping and starts my day from a point of being very centered.
