What to Eat When You’re Sick:
Warm Hibiscus-Goji Sipper
This drink gets its vibrant color from goji berries and hibiscus. While more research needs to be done, goji berries—also known as wolfberries—have been used in traditional Chinese medicine for thousands of years. Honey, which can help soothe a throat that’s sore from endless coughing, balances out the refreshing tartness of the hibiscus and goji berries. And cinnamon sticks add some heat to the drink and have the added benefit of having anti-inflammatory properties. Make this drink in 10 minutes, and sip away!
