Whether your kids, a deadline, or a cough kept you up last night, you probably found yourself reaching for a big cup of coffee this morning. But do you know how much caffeine is in that cup? The amount can vary a lot, depending on the brand, the size of the drink, the type of coffee bean, how the drink is made, and other factors. For instance, the answer can range all the way from 75 milligrams (for a Green Mountain Keurig K-Cup of Breakfast Blend or Nantucket Blend) to 475 milligrams (for a Starbucks Blonde Roast venti 20-ounce cup).
