Making Prune Puree

Making Prune Puree: Substituting prune puree for some or all of the fat in baking cuts saturated and total fat, while adding beneficial fiber. To make your own, combine 6 ounces (1 cup) pitted prunes with 6 tablespoons hot water in a food processor; process until smooth. Makes 1 cup.
