I really don't like eating, I would rather take a complete nutritional supplement. I make myself eat decent meals but find that I want to eat garbage type foods when I have down time. It is awful! I do love chocolate though... :)

Eating is something I do in between living which includes, reading, walking, working and so on. You can eat anything. Enjoy a variety of veggies, fruits, nuts, chocolate, fish, meat, pasta, grains, desserts! in small portions. Stop eating when you are full.

Not fair - my results ominously recommend I see a doctor about having an "eating disorder." Being a former fatty, having lost nearly 100 pounds the right way - slowly, with a balanced diet, over a period of two years - of COURSE I think a lot about food and I'm attached to the scale. I choose and prepare food carefully because "normal" food has way too much fat and sugar. Of COURSE I have things off-limits, like Big Macs and some deep-dish, extra cheese pizza! DUH... If this is an eating disorder, then I'm eating-disordered and PROUD OF IT, in my size 6 clothes!
