EatingWell Diet Challenge Start The EatingWell Diet Challenge!
Last summer, we selected nine readers to take The EatingWell Diet Challenge, including Jenn Moore and Troy Hermansky (pictured at left), who together lost 34 pounds on the EatingWell Diet. This 12-week program helps people lose weight by making small, simple changes to their daily habits and by cooking delicious (low-calorie) recipes. Collectively, over three months, the nine participants lost 112 pounds.
