I use avocados in smoothies, but avoid processed juices altogether. A half avocado, cup of frozen mango, 1/2 cup spinach and 1/2 banana are great together with a couple TBSP of fatfree greek yogurt and a splash of water or FF milk (sometimes a little sweetner and almonds). Yummy.
