I didn't add any salt to this, and thought it was just too salty for comfort. Also - there's a serious lack of texture in the dish and it's a plate of mush which tastes okay.
Possible improvements - put the greens in at the last minute so as not to overlook, make your own low-sodium gnocchi, cut back on the Parmesan, don't add salt, and maybe add something with a little crunch factor - like artichokes? This dish is a good idea - just needs a makeover.
