Delicious!

I used just regular steak, not fillets, from my dad's farm-raised cattle. Followed the recipe as it is written. My husband doesn't care for onions, but that's ok, I ate all the extras! The flavors of the onions in the sauce and the gorgonzola cheese are to die for! Like the others said, this is really restaurant quality! I will be making this recipe for years to come!
