Another variation just as tasty and easy to make

I use the following:
1/2 cup unsweetened mango or apple juice
2 bananas chopped /sliced up
1 cup skim milk
1 to 11/4 cup frozen mixed berries
1 cup low fat plain or frozen yogurt

Pros: 
Healthy, low in fat and contributes to daily requirements of calcium, potasssium and vitam
