OFFICIAL RULES: EQUAL EXCHANGE INGREDIENTS WITH A PURPOSE GIVEAWAY. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. THIS PROMOTION IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF VERMONT. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. ELIGIBILITY: Open to U.S. residents 21 and over. Employees of Eating Well, Inc. and all participating sponsors and immediate families and household members of each are not eligible.HOW TO ENTER: Enter online at www.eatingwell.com/equalexchange. Once your entry is received, you will be automatically entered and be eligible to win the prize. Entries will not be returned. Please also indicate whether you would like to receive offers from EQUAL EXCHANGE and/or COOKING.COM.ENTRY DEADLINE: All entries must be received by 12:00 midnight EST on October 31st, 2008. For purposes of these Official Rules, an online entry is "received" when Eating Well's servers record the entry information. Any automated computer receipt (such as one confirming delivery of email) does not constitute proof of actual receipt by Eating Well. PRIZE: One winner will receive a $1,000 Online Gift Certificate from COOKING.COM. SELECTION: One winner will be drawn randomly from the list of submitted entries. Winner will be selected by November 15th and notified via e-mail on or before November 30th, 2008. If the winner's response to claim the prize is not received by Eating Well on or before 12:00 midnight EST on December 10th , 2008, the prize will be forfeited. Prizes will be delivered as determined by EatingWell in its discretion. GENERAL: Entry constitutes permission to use winner's name for editorial and promotional purposes, except where prohibited by law.
