Well, since I'm a poor college student, eating less meat and learning more vegetarian recipes is actually the number one best thing I could do! It can be so much cheaper to eat without meat and ALSO so much healthier for me! Plus, it's a good choice for the environment too! If I make dinner with meat as a once a week thing rather than an every night thing, it's better on my wallet, my tummy, and my self-esteem. :D

I've never really liked meat but ate it anyway. With all the recent concerns about whats in the meat, and not being able to buy grass fed beef and free range chicken, etc. I just do without it. I don't miss it! and it is a lot less on my grocery bill, not to mention when I first started to go meatless about a year ago I dropped ten pounds.

I have fibromyalgia and one of the side effects is irritable bowel syndrome...red meat has really started to bother me so I have decided to cut the meat and concentrate on vegetables and using an emulsifier to make soups and fruit/vegetable smoothies...this giveaway would be a nice boost
