Well what I will do is add an extra 30minutes to my jog for a week and an extra 10 minutes lifting and juice fruit and veggies for a supplement to my regular meals to keep calories down till I recoupe my gain.

I sent ALL leftovers home with my guests. I kept some turkey. Enough for a couple of sandwiches. Getting back on my eating plan today.
