I chopped a little bit of fresh basil to put in my salsa with a squeeze of fresh lime juice! Delish

I chop tomatoes, red onions, garlic, a jalapeno pepper, lime juice, a chopped "almost ripe" avocado, chopped cilentro, wee bit of sea salt and a twist or two of black pepper. Just toss it all together, pile in a mound in a shallow bowl, put lime juice over the top so the avos don't get brown, and let sit for an hour in fridge. Lightly mix, and serve. I use flat breads, water crackers and the home made potato chips for carriers. If the 'chop' is too big, use bigger crackers. Yummy and takes the hour waiting time plus a 10 minutes of assembly.
