Carolyn asks: What keeps you from eating enough vegetables every day?


For me, I love to have veggies that I can eat on the go like an apple. Eating the same veggies like carrots, celery, broccoli, and tomatoes sometimes get boring. I would love to find some new veggies that can be eaten on the go, taste good, and very low in sugar.
