I got treatment from a herbalist and was told to buy quinoa it is very good for slimming when I have tried it I will comment on it

I love quinoa! In fact, it's my favorite grain. It has a mild, nutty taste, and wonderful texture. The slightly firm outer shell makes them little bubbles of flavor! I cook it in sodium reduced, organic chicken broth, and add chopped, roasted or sauted vegetables. In fact, I've gotten into the habit of preparing extra vegetables when I'm cooking other meals so I will have them to add to quinoa when it is finished cooking. I've considered cooking them in fruit juice and adding chopped fruits and nuts, as a breakfast alternative. Haven't tried it yet, but I'm sure it will be delicious!

I AM crazy for quinoa, and so know how important it is to rinse it well before cooking, or you get a bitter, yucky tasting result! You can toast the quinoa to enhance it's flavor, but afterward (or before cooking, if you don't toast) you need to rinse it really well.
