Hi Jessie! I am enjoying Katie's blog and now I have found yours! I joined Weight Watchers last year and it's been great. And it is all about portions. I am never going to keep off the weight I have lost if I can't eat what I want... I am going to check out all the great links on this post. Thanks! (Your old Second Grade teacher! ;-D Debbie
