I freeze can or dry tomatoes, corn, beans, peas, broccoli, various greens, beets, assorted pickles, asparagus, strawberries, blueberries, boysenberries, raspberries, rhubarb, cherries, wild blackberries, red and black currants, gooseberries, mulberries, quince, plums, morel mushrooms, peaches, and I make a variety of butters and jams, chutneys, and last year I made some mincemeat that was out of this world!
