Green Beans! Simply steam them, then top with lemon juice, a bit of butter, salt and pepper. I ate them nearly everyday while pregnant.

Parsnips --- clean and slice like carrots. Cook in buttered sautee pan, high simmer in added water until water is gone and parsnips natural sugars develop. Parsnips should be lightly browned.

A steam fresh bag of broccoli - ready in less than 5 minutes and can be added to any dinner or lunch if you have a microwave at work.
