Slow cooked Chicken Noodle Soup/Stew..... Thick, rish, flavorful chicken soup that is closer to a stew...

Three years ago I came to California from Tennessee. When I returned last summer to empty my storage, the only thing I brought back with me was my cast iron skillets, 3 of them. My suitcase was so heavy I had to pay extra. Believe me, it was worth it. You can't make decent cornbread without one.

My favorite is an antique Griswold Dutch Oven! Good old fashioned Pot Roast!

How about giving us some vegetarian one-pot dinners - they are hard to find. Thanks.
