I start using can pumkin in soups and in casseroles. I will use half sauce and half pumkin with all the herbs and spices. No one has noticed. Rave reviews.

Egg substitute, 2% cheese, FF greek yogurt in place of sour cream & cream, ground venison in place of gr, beef, 1% milk, FF or low fat mayo, FF or low fat cream cheese, FF cottage cheese........................
