Marinate shrimp in shells in coconut milk, lime juice and garlic - grill 5 min/side - scrumtious!
Oil the skin of a whole cleaned salmon and grill, turning once until done.

Grilling on a plank! No flipping required, and extra flavor. Takes a bit longer, but really wonderful results.
