Use Agave nectar instead of honey or sugar. It has a lower glycemic value.

My three sisters and I use fresh tangerines from Florida sister's tree out back - add fresh lime juice and tequila and you've got a real winning combination!

Alcohol, in moderation, is actually good for your heart. A drink or two won't hurt ya!!
