Can you pickle kohlrabi ? I don't want to pickle for the fridge just to pickle and eat later

I love your blog! I teach living foods for health and can not stop trying to pass it to people that have been kept ignorant by the money makers and are filled with pain and desperation. My other interest is making it delicious and inexpensive. The good bacteria in your pickles helps.

I would like to make jars filled with mixed veggies as: cauliflower, carrots, pickles, sweet red peppers, garlic, beets, cabbage, etc., all in one jar.

I would like to make Mixed vegetables such as , carrots hot peppers cauliflower onions all in the same
Quart jars.
