I am at a blank when trying to make a smoothie that helps with kidney stones. Is there a smoothie that I can make that will help with aiding in the elimination of kidney stones through the urine.

Handful of spinach, kale, one Apple, a carrot, fresh pineapple chunks, frozen mango, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1tbsp flax meal, filtered water, ice. Chia seeds help thicken so I don't use yogurt. Sometimes I add few frozen raspberries, 1/2 lemon, or romaine lettuce depending on what is available.

I put in a handful of spinach, kale, an apple, a carrot, fresh pineapple chunks, frozen mango chunks, 1tbsp chia seeds, 1 tbsp flax meal, water, ice, and sometimes a few frozen strawberry, or 1/2 fresh lemon.

P.S. unsweetened Vanilla Almond milk (non GMO/30 calories per 8 oz) twice calcium of dairy milk
coconut water (boxed not from concentrate) to replace electrolytes after exercise

Protein. I skip the dairy and go for healthy hemp seed that helps make it creamy. Ground flax seed for cholesterol reducing fiber is great in a breakfast smoothie along with that whole grain oatmeal. Avocados not only make it creamy, but help your body utilize nutrients in the other green veggies used.

I put both cinnamon and a tsp of turmeric in fruit and veggie smoothies, spices that are beneficial to health. I also add several leaves of romaine or other lettuce if I don't have fresh spinach.
