Hello, Breana, what a great post! Thank you for the tips. I have a nf milk, banana, spinach, and peanut butter smoothie for a light breakfast when I DON'T have a big workout planned in the morning. what do you think?

ps, I love that EatingWell includes authors' credentials. so legit! unlike other "health and wellness" sites. thank you, love the site, keep up the awesome work!

Citrus smoothie to start the day w/frozen berry mix. I use Orange Juice and Pineapple juice as the liquid, add banana and berries to taste.

Mid morning snack, natural peanut butter, scoop of protein powder and Almond Milk.

I use a mix of local tropical fruits, oats and unsweetened almond milk. I have one almost daily for breakfast
