1 cup fresh almond milk not packaged
2 1/2 ounces lacinato kale or spinach or a mix
3 ounces coconut almond milk yogurt (optional)Amande brand juice sweetened GF
2 to 3 inch piece of frozen banana
5 ice cubes
1 probiotic capsule
Blend in a high powered blender
Makes 1 large or 2 small servings

Greek yogurt, because it ups the protein. Choice of berries, banana, pineapple, mango. Apple juice or milk.

I make a Oatmeal Smoothie.
Skim milk, banana, blue berries. In absence of a banana, I add Jiff peanut butter.

I think smoothies should be someting special to enjoy and not something you use for proper nutrition, after all - chewing is most important for many reasons. Therefore I like a bit of ice cream in my smoothie now and then.
