where are the ingredients and the method of how to do it any way nice smoothie i am looking at this website and looking at the smoothies

I love this for smoothies but i think yje fruit list should expand. I use oranges too. And sometimes grapefruits.

Every morning i will have a smoothie then i would go for a hour run and the ingredients i put in it is: Orange, Strawberry and lemon juice

Cooked sweet potatoe, frzn blueberries, fresh spinach, cpl tblsp non fat plain yogurt, flaxseed and a little bit of almond milk to thin it out. Yum!

All i do in the morning is put some frozen berries, lite soy milk, fat free yoghurt, cinnamon,acai berry powder and black chai seeds in my blender for morning tea. Really great for a lift aat work.

I find it amazing that non-fat and low-fat dairy is recommended for healthy food. The fact is, when the fat is removed, it is replaced with sugars. If you don't believe me, just read the ingredient list on any carton. I did a comparison of a non-fat Greek yogurt to Trimona Bulgarian yogurt. Ounce per ounce, the Bulgarian yogurt was lower in calories than the non-fat Greek! The carbohydrates are much lower and Bulgarian yogurt is not strained so all the protein is still in. This is a much healthier alternative choice and will provide more nourishment while helping weight management.

I had my first smoothie today. Wow! Do I feel different and I'm not just saying that I physically do. Banana,frozen strawberries,almond milk,fresh leafy spinach,water, and it was amazing! Then on to the second one. Spinach, avocado, unsalted almonds-handful, low-fat yogurt, and water. Again, its filling and I am so excited to see the results since I am a beginner. I definitely have more energy! I hope everyone gets a chance to try.... God bless you all.
