I add 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper for a little zing, also wheat germ, hemp seed, and pumpkin seeds to my fruit smoothie.

You forgot one of my all-time favorite ingredients -- parsley. My smoothie:

1 Peach
Strawberries and/or Blueberries
Almond Milk
1T Chia Seed
1T Almond Butter
3/4 - 1 C Plain Non-fat Yoghurt, or even better Plain Nonfat Greek Yoghurt
1/2 t Cinnamon
Baby Kale and/or Parsley
Ice

hello i just use 1 frozen bag of mixed berries or just stir fry vegetables ,,im good at them yet

I make my smoothies with high in Protein content and frozen fruits. Here is my recipe;
- 2 Scoops of Isolate Whey Protein = Total 60 gm of protein
- 1 Fat Free Greek Yogurt
- 1 Cup of frozen Berries or mixed fruits
- 1 table spoon of All 100% Natural honey
- 1/2 Banana
- 1 table spoon of natural peanut butter
- 8 Oz Water
- 3 Ice cubes

Delicious and nutritious at anytime especially in the morning after a good high intensity workout

1 cup almond milk, 1 cup spinach, 1 cup frozen berry mix, 1 tablespoon peanut butter.
