I like to use jay Robb egg white protein powder in vanilla flavor, a couple handful of spinach, chia seeds, 1cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, 1/2 of a frozen banana sliced, 4 ice cubes. That is usually my breakfast

always try to give smoothies a chance for the nutrition etc but find the texture really boring ( dont like milkshkes either) just so thick and unctuous ugh!

I love this one that I created for a healthy to-go breakfast:
1 c - plain unsweetened almond milk
1 ea - small very ripe banana
1 ea - very ripe small avocado
1 ring - fresh pineapple cut up (or 1 ring canned in its own juice)
2-3 tbsp - wheat germ
2 tsp - agave nectar or local honey
Buzz everything together until smooth and enjoy!
322 calories, healthy fats, slow burning carbs and great fiber!
Keeps me full and energizes all morning!
Water, organic integral oats,,Green tea (the hole bag), linen sead, ginger, cucumber, Green Apple, lemons orange juice, a mix of Green leafe ( spinich, celery, cilantro ,brocoly,colifolwer) and abocado.
Do not peall anithing! welll maybe only the abocado..sorry for my Inglish..yo soy española!
