Greek yogurt, because it ups the protein. Choice of berries, banana, pineapple, mango. Apple juice or milk.

1 cup fresh almond milk not packaged
2 1/2 ounces lacinato kale or spinach or a mix
3 ounces coconut almond milk yogurt (optional)Amande brand juice sweetened GF
2 to 3 inch piece of frozen banana
5 ice cubes
1 probiotic capsule
Blend in a high powered blender
Makes 1 large or 2 small servings

I urge everyone to use frozen fruit - no need to add ice and especially frzn bananas are good. My favorite is banana, cherries & milk, just a drop of vanilla.
