I use
Water, organic integral oats,,Green tea (the hole bag), linen sead, ginger, cucumber, Green Apple, lemons orange juice, a mix of Green leafe ( spinich, celery, cilantro ,brocoly,colifolwer) and abocado.
Do not peall anithing! welll maybe only the abocado..sorry for my Inglish..yo soy española!

Your page has been a source of healthy help for my post baby weightloss.i have been on a diet of smoothie for a month now.i ditched spinach because i read that it increases kidney stones (which ive just treated)kindly let me know if this smoothie is healthy or advice on a healthier choice.
Carrot juice(extracted),pineapple,banana,raspberry,strawberry,blueberry,papaya,orange juice(extracted.

Natural apple juice
Plain Greek yogurt
Banana
Costco Frozen fruit mix (strawberry, mango, guava, pineapple)
1 scoop protein powder

Green smoothie:
spinach, apple, cucumber and frozen pineapple, a little non sugar apple juice or orange juice and ice water.

Dessert smoothie:
frozen banana, unsweetened vanilla almond milk, natural peanut butter, organic cacao powder. or if you want sweeter, use dark chocolate almond milk (use sparingly, 17 gr. of sugar per serving)

Breakfast smoothie:
spinach, frozen blueberries & strawberries, banana, almond milk and a ground blend of cacao, maca, goji and chia (made by Nutribullet)

I would like to know what people d about the foam when making a green smoothie with a high speed blender.

You're insane if you think low-fat dairy products are better than full fat. Do some research before you make an educated post next time.

I put beet root crystals, fresh ground flax, ground chia, Schwarzenegger's whey protein, fat free activia and water. Super-yum!
