I make my smoothies with high in Protein content and frozen fruits. Here is my recipe;
- 2 Scoops of Isolate Whey Protein = Total 60 gm of protein
- 1 Fat Free Greek Yogurt
- 1 Cup of frozen Berries or mixed fruits
- 1 table spoon of All 100% Natural honey
- 1/2 Banana
- 1 table spoon of natural peanut butter
- 8 Oz Water
- 3 Ice cubes
Delicious and nutritious at anytime especially in the morning after a good high intensity workout

Dates have more antioxidants then berries and more potassium than bananas. They sweeten and compliment every other flavor. Only 20 calories per date.

I make my morning breakfast smoothie with unsweetened plain almond milk, unsweetened 100% pure (not from concentrate) pineapple juice, plain nonfat Greek yogurt, apple, frozen fruit, banana, Chia seeds, and acacia fiber (powder).

Frozen baby carrots, spinach, strawberries, blue berries, raspberries, blackberries, cantaloupe, water melon, honey dew, banana, pineapple, kiwi, honey and coconut flavored Smoothie mix which I need to ditch. I add crushed ice to mix.
