I have always liked Brussels sprouts (beets, on the other hand...), but this recipe makes them the absolute go-to vegetable for special occasions at my house and has converted many a Brussels sprouts hater at my table:

I could easily eat a pile of this and nothing else for a meal.

Brussels sprouts, I must say I am from Jamaica; its my wife & I least favorite veggie. Funny enough I cooked it in chicken stock I made, adding green onions & thyme, cook until tender...so delish! We like to try new foods especially vegetables. Should we find something we don't like we try to revise or retry at least once a year....Brussels sprouts had us beat for two years, not anymore! Dre
