How to choose the best hot dogs (and what to avoid)

Except that soy, what tofu is made of, is one of the most dangerous foods out there. Soy is naturally poisonous and extremely toxic, you will sore if you eat a soybean. Soy has to be processed to make it even edible, but still it will wreck your hormones and cause far more damage than salt or nitrates ever could.

So pass up the soy dog if you value your life.

Doesn't the soy hot dogs have Protein Isolate in them which is another name for MSG?

Check your story--you list the organic Applegates beef hot dog as having only 70 calories and 2 grams of fat, but I believe you meant saturated fat--that hot dog actually has 6 grams, or 54 of its 70 calories, coming from fat. Still yeeks.
