First time I made the Deep-Dish Apple Pie recipe, I didn't cook the apples. It was very good, but I had a huge space between pie crust and apples. Second time I made it I cooked the apples and it was much better I thought. I just finished the last slice this evening and I'm already craving that pie. It is so delicious and not sugared to death. I love less sugar and less fat. I do love your recipes and am using more and more of them. Thanks for making them more healthy, that is what we all need. Love your recipes.
