I lived in Central America for a little over 14 months. When I came back to the United States, I felt so ill and lethargic when I began re-eating U.S. foods. I was so frustrated so I researched what was really in your food and I was shocked at what I found. It's frustrating that most of our processed foods have so many dangerous ingredients that can cause severe medical conditions. Just thought I would share.

just curious...I was told by a friend that if you open a jar of salsa or especially something with tomatoes in it such as pasta sauce and you for instance take a tortilla chip from a bag and dip it in the jar that will contaminate the food (before you even bite into the chip); or that it will cause the whole jar when you return it to the refrigerator to spoil faster by producing a white film on the top of the contents. Is there any truth to this because I have never heard of such a thing!
