6 Ways to Save $250 on Groceries This Month

Matthew asks: How do you save money at the grocery store?

I just paid 2.69 for a 14oz block of tofu. I only buy meat on sale or in bulk so the per pound price is lower. Buy dried beans/peas/lentils for easy, inexpensive, healthy meals. Some frozen veggies are better like cauliflower which fresh can be insanely expensive & the frozen version is excellent. Stock up on many varied spices so you can eat the same inexpensive meats/beans/tofu in an endless variety of flavors/cuisines. Happy eating!
