Cooking more vegetables so that I want to eat them. I eat them when others cook them, but they're so bland when I do.

Don't invest in non-stick cookware. Switch to cast iron. It's cheaper, safer, and cooks so much better!

Why would you buy a non-stick pan for fish, just use cast iron?. A perfectly seasoned Cast Iron skillet is a MUST for any cook & no concerns about chemical cast off from the chemically treated non-stick coating.
