I myself do not eat a lot of meat. I find it is heavy. When I do it is in small amtuons 4 oz. maybe 3 times a week. I eat allot of fish, eggs, beans, and tofu to get my protein. I never order or buy any processed meat such as sausage, hot dog, packaged lunch meat but will of course eat it if it is all there is at an event. Some of my normal meals are;stir frys with egg, salads with tuna or chicken salad, pastas, beans n riceasian dishes.I try and eat most of my veggies raw, or par boiled. I eat mostly whole grains. The best advice I can give you is to really get educated on what is in the food you buy. Look on the package, it is all there.Fav. snacksbaked chips n salsacheese n crackers or breadbacon wrapped scallops or shimp broiledham, aparugus, creamcheese n chive with asparugus rolled, you can even choose to wrap in thin layers of crossant dough-you don't need much then just bake till dough is donefruit saladfrozen fruit in summer100% fruit bars no sugar addedraw veggies w low fat ranchmelon w/ cheese n ham on top secured w/ pick (slice cheese very thin)here is a great site to really inform n has recipiesI also like this one for recipiesHope this gave you some help
